Your page

The application is a PDF. You aren't.

changemaker gives you a living page — projects, impact and a short video introduction — so panels meet a person, not a form.

  1. 01Drop your CV — your page drafts itself in seconds.
  2. 02Add proof: projects, missions, skills and outcomes that a two-page CV can't hold.
  3. 03Record a 90-second video intro and share one link with every application.

Questions

What changemaker is, and how it works.

Straight answers about the candidate page, the job index, and what's free.

What is changemaker?
changemaker (changemakerhq.org) helps mission-driven people build careers at international organizations. It combines two things: a free, AI-drafted candidate page — a living portfolio with projects, impact and a 90-second video introduction — and the complete index of 4,266 live vacancies from 127 organizations across the UN system, development banks, EU institutions and INGOs.
How does the candidate portfolio work?
You build a public page at changemakerhq.org/p/your-name that says what a two-page CV can't: projects with real outcomes, an experience timeline, skills with levels, and a short video introduction. AI helps you draft it in minutes. You then share one link with every application, so hiring panels meet a person, not a form.
Which organizations and jobs does changemaker cover?
changemaker indexes 4,266 live vacancies from 127 organizations — UN agencies and the UN Secretariat, multilateral development banks (World Bank, EBRD, IDB and others), EU institutions, intergovernmental organizations and major international NGOs. Listings are collected from official sources, refreshed multiple times a day, and each one links straight to the hiring organization's own application.
Is changemaker free?
Yes — browsing every vacancy and building and publishing your candidate page is free for candidates, permanently. A premium plan (€2.99 a month) adds video applications, featured case studies and page analytics. changemaker never charges candidates to apply, and every job links to the official application portal.
Where do I apply for the jobs?
Always at the source. changemaker does not accept applications itself — each listing deep-links to the hiring organization's own official application, so your data is handled by the employer, not by us. Your changemaker page is the link you attach to strengthen that application.
Can I get alerts for new international jobs?
Yes. Free email job alerts let you pick the sector, region and grade you want, and changemaker emails you matching UN, NGO and international-organization vacancies as they go live — no account required.
